Major PLO Tournament Action at GGPoker
You can play a series of Omaholics events at GG Poker every day. Omaholics tournaments play different to a standard PLO tournament. Pre-flop, the usual Pot Limit betting rules are in play. Once the flop hits, there is no limit to the size of your bet. If you want to push all-in at this stage, you can.
This works perfectly with the tournament format (and is a big reason these games are so popular). You get to put opponents in tough spots, even with the biggest draws.
Standard and Bounty PLO Events
In the standard Omaholics schedule you can play standard and bounty events. All of these will have guarantees attached, with a win coming your way every time you eliminate another player in the bounty tournaments.
The largest weekly event for PLO tournament fans is the Omaholics Bounty Quarter Millions that features a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000. This tournament has a buy-in of $52.50 and has several flights throughout the week. If you make it through the first flight, you meet all the other players on the Sunday to battle it out for the big prizes. $25 of your entry fee goes to the prize pool, $25 to the bounty pool and $2.50 goes to the site in tournament fees. As well as entering this main event directly, you can also play in a series of satellites that can start for less than a dollar.
The Omaholics Series
If just one big Omaha event a week isn’t enough for you, look out for the next Omaholics Series, where a guaranteed overall prize pool of more than $5 million in guarantees awaits.
Many of the usual events that you play week to week will have boosted prize pools during the week-long event. Here are some of the highlight events:
- Super High Roller event with a buy-in of more than $10,000 and a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000.
- Omaholics Bounty Bash with a $525 buy-in and $100,000 in guarantees.
- Omaholics Sunday Main with a $250 buy-in and $50,000 in guarantees.

- Omaholics Bounty Main Event – This is the biggest event of them all, where players can enter for $52.50 (or through satellites) and win a portion of the massive $400,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Major Tournament Events with Pot Limit Omaha
You’ll find WSOP Online events, ‘Million$’ events, GG Masters, and live qualifiers too at GGPoker.
Naturally, these events feature multiple Omaha tournaments. Some of the prize pools (and buy-ins) are high-roller size. Don’t worry if your bankroll is smaller, there are tiered satellites which will help you to win a ticket. You could even try out a Flip and Go.

Pot Limit Omaha Cash Games
In the cash section of GG poker, you will find both PLO and PLO-5. The latter is an exciting and engaging format where each player is dealt five hole-cards instead of the usual four. You can switch between the PLO and PLO-5 sections, or display all the tables using the joint tab.
Blinds range from just $0.01/$0.02 tables to $10/$20 tables at the upper end (the highest stakes tables at PLO-5 are $5/$10 tables).
Daily Cash Game Leaderboards Boost Traffic
Whichever format you choose to play, you might be in with a chance of winning cash as part of the daily $20,000 leaderboards offered regularly by GG Poker. Players at the highest stakes can win more than $5,000 by playing more than their opposition, with different prize pools at every blind level. Players at the $0.01/$0.02 level can win a daily prize of more than $100.
Good Traffic Levels at the PLO Tables
Traffic levels are solid at the PLO tables, whether you are playing the standard variation or PLO-5. At lower stakes you can usually find at least 100 players on the tables (PLO-5 usually has a fractionally smaller player base). You can usually find a table without any problem at the higher stakes, with the occasional wait at the $10/$20 tables.

GGPoker have a list of innovative poker formats, with PLO included in many of them.
Rush N Cash is their fast-fold format. This has PLO up to $1 / $2 blinds, and a special bomb pot format. Most of the hands will be a standard pooled fast-fold game. Occasionally, you’ll see the table go bold, and cash appearing in the pot, mostly this is 10BBs, though can be much more. It is more than enough to encourage some crazy action.
For even more action, you can enjoy All-in-or-Fold games. Choose cash games, or sit and go tournaments, where everyone gets to see the flop before deciding on all-in or fold. Finally, Flip-and-Go tournaments put everyone all in at once. These games are for gamblers, though do have a serious side. You then get to start a tournament in the money – saving a lot of time grinding it out against big fields.
