King of Olympus Free Spins Bonus
Like all of the Age of the Gods slots, PlayTech have matched a solid base-game with a potentially very profitable free spins round. This is triggered by hitting 3 or more of the Zeus temple symbols anywhere on the reels. You’ll get the usual longer spin in anticipation if you hit 2 of these. There are also scatter prizes (which can be substantial).
When the 10 free spins start you’ll notice two changes. First, the king appears on the middle of reel 3, and stays there throughout the games. This is a single sticky wild, which will enable a lot of wins as you move forward.
The other change involves an increasing multiplier. Every two spins you will see an animation, where Zeus fires a ball of lightning from the middle symbol up to the top left of the reels. Crisp Design of King of Olympus
Gold-framed symbols make this slot look impressive. The stand-out is Zeus, with the wild symbols showing the King standing up, looking stern and holding the classic bolt of lightning. I also love the Pegasus symbol – an impressive picture of a white winged horse.
Around the reels you will see blue sky, with orange tinted clouds below showing that you are in the realm of the gods. There are ambient sounds for the base game – rather than music. As usual, the audio steps up a level when you hit the free spins. There is also an impressive lightning ball animation when the multipliers increase.
