Pick Wisely Before You Do Battle in the Free Spins Bonus
Triggering the free spins bonus requires at least 3 of the scattered owl symbols anywhere in view. When you hit two, the extra reels will get surrounded by gold and contain mystic looking flames. Goddess of Wisdom Wild Symbols
A warrior style goddess, wearing a golden suit of armour is the lead character in the Goddess of Wisdom slot. Unusually, this is not the highest paying symbol. Instead it appears as a wild, which will substitute for the other symbols (though as usual not the scatters). This only appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 – making it impossible to get a win with only wilds.
If you hit these symbols when the expanding wilds are in place, or a big multiplier – big line hits become possible.
How the Age of the Gods: Goddess of Wisdom Slot Works
PlayTech have opted for a simple system with this game – using 20 win-lines over a 5x3 grid of the reels. You can even opt to reduce the number of win lines. Design of the Goddess of Wisdom Slot
While not as sharp as Furious 4, this is a smart looking game with some nice small touches. If you have played Age of the Gods slots before, then the temple towers surrounding the reels will come as no surprise. There is plenty of gold in the design. Even the playing card filler symbols have a gold surround. You will see the jackpot amounts ticking up above the reels.
Many symbols have basic animations. My pick is the scattered owl. This flies towards you when you get 3+ on the reels, showing a sign saying free games. A solid addition to the Age of the Gods range. For me, Goddess of Wisdom ticks all the right boxes – though does not ever become overbearing or complex.
