Good news today, and some speculation too, as Pokerstars introduce 'Knockout SNG Tournaments' to their offering. Checked these out this morning and they seem to be filling up fast - right up to the mid-stakes. First of all, here are the buy-in levels along with fees and bounties:

One piece of feedback we receive fairly often here at Planet HQ is that there are simply too many articles to choose from... today we made an important step in correcting this situation, by creating an overflow page containing around 40 of the SNG articles. Now choosing which ones was not as simple as it first appears...

Working full time in the poker business does mean less time for playing these days, what I find is that I tend to play whichever games require articles - and this weekend was not exception....

Thought I'd do an 'in running' hand-by-hand from yesterdays Mini-FTOPS knockout event... Of course when this started it was in the hope that I would be reporting on an outstanding victory, marked by clever plays, daring bluffs and bubble suck-outs... no such joy! One thing we can say, at least the hand by hand commentary below is real-life...

A quiet evening yesterday, so took the opportunity to download and try out the new version of the Titan Poker software... if you have read any of my previous reviews you will have seen phrases such as "allows you to focus on the poker...." when it came to the client - so lots of room for improvement, here are my first thoughts:
