From midnight June 28 through 11:59 pm July 31 is the Card Rush XL and Card Rush XL Race at PartyPoker.com.

The Card Rush XL is an instant scratch-off card based game in which you receive one scratch-off card for every 15 PartyPoker points you amass by playing in real money online poker tournaments and cash ring games at Party Poker. Unlike in PartyPoker Card Rush promos of the past, with the Card Rush XL every single card has a prize–some of them are cash prizes (up to $5,000) and some of them are freeroll tickets (for exclusive events with guaranteed prize pools of up to $50,000). In all, $1.8 million in cash and prizes will be awarded in the Cash Rush XL, and Party Poker won’t stop until all $1.8 million is given away (or when the promo period ends, on July 31, if that comes first).

The Card Rush XL Race is a leader board style promo that tracks the PartyPoker Points players amass and at the end of the promo period awards more cash and prizes to the top 200+ finishers (the plus is every 20th finisher from 220 to 2,000, or Hot Spots). The top 3 prizes are luxury packages each worth $10,000 (though winners can substitute a $7,500 cash prize instead).

The luxury packages are: the Formula 1 Gran Premio Santander in Monza, Italy, September 11 – 12; the World Series of Baseball in October; and the 2010 Ryder Cup at Celtic Manor in Newport, Wales, October 1 – 3.
