Quick post today to update you on some changes here at Planet HQ… with one new starter and one retiree!

First of Planet Erika, who designed all of the SNG Planets from the very first one to the current version (actually V5!) is retiring to spend more time spending money on shoes. Erika and I have build the Planet Corporation from scratch and are engaged as well as business partners. The plan was always for Erika to stop working on the day to day once we were big enough, and I’m happy to be announcing that this has now happened. After working with me full time for more than 2 years anyone would need a nice long break!

New to the business is Lazlo. Speaking Hungarian, Russian and Slovak in addition to English – Lazlo will take over the Hungarian side of things as well as becoming Anna’s assistant for the Russian business. We plan on growing both aggressively in 2010 (as well as sorting out a few issues with the current sites) so this is a big challenge!

Going to need a bigger office next time we take someone on – a challenge which we are looking forward to very much!
