Sneak preview for you today, I have spent a ton of hours over the last few weeks researching, writing, working with a live poker pros and organizing what can only be described as my best poker course yet… This post is to give both players and affiliates the heads-up as to the content, pricing and timetable for launch.

For those who may have missed them I already published two courses:

- A Comedy Of Errors: First published back back in 2006 / 7, this recipe for solid play + chip equity based bubble strategy was good enough to beat the Sit N Go tournaments for good money back in the day – this eBook was downloaded more than 10,000 times!
- The $16 Per Hour SNG Blueprint: This is my current course, it comes in 4 parts and gives players a complete strategy for crushing the 1-table tournaments. I give it away for free here at SNG Planet when people sign up for my monthly newsletter. Feedback has been fantastic for this course, which is available in English, Russian and Hungarian. Anyway, my latest course – titled ‘Live Poker Gold’ - is even better. It is aimed at players who have some experience with online poker or maybe college dorm type games, yet have little or no experience with live casino poker. It is a complete guide to beating live $1 / $2 and $2 / $5 No-Limit Holdem games, including strategy, what skills directly transpose from online and which ones need adapting for the live game, physical tells, casino processes / practicalities and even a section on how to hide your own tells and emotions at the table. As with all my courses I focus on the mistakes your opponents will make, and how to best adjust to beat them. trust me here, your average live poker player will make huge and frequent mistakes – once you are aware of what to look for, crushing these games becomes routine.

With millions of Americans stopped from playing online poker recently, the potential audience for this course is HUGE, and I have taken the time and effort to make this course not just good – but awesome.

Pricing, Affiliates And Preview Copies

This course will be for sale, rather than given away. It will cost $37, I contemplated setting a higher price point, coming to the conclusion that $37 is accessible to most players, so I’ll make up in volume what I lose in price! I am going to offer the opportunity for any readers with blogs or websites to become affiliates – splitting the revenue 50% / 50% for each sale. Current Launch Timetable

At the moment I have the basic course completed, though there is still a lot of work to do. I have set a strict timetable for myself for the next week or so – subject to ‘unknown unknowns’ the course should be ready for the 1st or 2nd of June.

- Today: I’m having a day off from the hardcore writing (which I have been doing solid for the last week!) to get the graphics ordered and sort out the administration for the website. Also catching up on a few neglected blogs and sites from the rest of my network!
- Wed 25th to Fri 28th May: Final revisions, parts #1 to #3. Given myself a day for each section here to fine tune and edit. Will also get the website together over these 3 days, it’s a simple 1-column site so should be easy enough even for a technophobe like me!
- Sat 29th May: Write marketing materials, sample preview articles, template mails for mailshots and so on. Organize affiliate banners / gifs.
- Sunday 30th: Proof-reading day, final checks and formatting ready for PDFs.
- Monday 31st: Final Preps, send out previews, final admin for whichever site we choose to host it with (Clickbank is favorite at the moment) and so on.
- Tuesday / Wednesday: Launch – we go live with some press releases, mailshots and affiliates publishing too. Dependent on speed of approval process for re-seller, so possible day or two delay.

It is going to be a hectic week… I’m aiming high with this one and feel this course will be good enough to generate a buzz all of its own. If you’d like to be involved – then shoot me that mail now!
